1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, accessing the coworking space, attending events, or using any services provided by Crystal Coworks (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our facilities or services.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older.

• All members must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

• Memberships and access credentials are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Crystal Coworks reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause.

3. Payments and Billing

• Membership fees are due in accordance with your selected plan.

• Payments are processed via secure electronic methods (credit card, ACH, etc.).

• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Crystal Coworks may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

If automatic payments fail, you authorize us to attempt re-processing until the balance is paid.

4. Use of Facilities and Services

Members agree to:

• Use the space for lawful business activities only.

• Maintain cleanliness and respect for shared areas and equipment.

• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

• Not sublease, resell, or share space access without prior written approval.

Crystal Coworks may restrict access to certain areas or resources at its discretion.

5. Internet and Technology Use

• Wi-Fi and technology services are provided as a convenience and may be monitored for security.

• Members must not use the network for illegal, unethical, or harmful activity.

• Crystal Coworks is not responsible for data loss, interruptions, or security breaches occurring through use of its network.

Members are encouraged to use VPNs and secure passwords for business operations.

6. Events, Media, and Promotion

• Crystal Coworks occasionally photographs or records events for community promotion.

• By entering the premises, you consent to being included in such photos or recordings, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

• Members may promote their businesses but must not use the Crystal Coworks name or logo without written permission.

7. Privacy and Security

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.
Security cameras may operate in shared areas for safety and compliance.

Tampering with or disabling security systems is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Property

Members are solely responsible for their belongings.
Crystal Coworks is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items or business property left on site.
Lockable storage or mail services may be provided as part of certain membership plans.

9. Liability and Indemnification

Members use all facilities and services at their own risk.
Crystal Coworks and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the premises or participation in any activities.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crystal Coworks, its owners, staff, and partners from all claims, damages, or expenses related to your use of the space or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

Crystal Coworks may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• Payment is overdue;

• You breach any of these Terms;

• Your conduct endangers others or damages property; or

• Continued use of the space disrupts operations or community standards.

Upon termination, you must vacate the premises and return all access keys or devices within 24 hours.

11. No Guarantee of Continuous Access

We strive to maintain a reliable and secure environment; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to facilities, internet, or services.
Temporary closures or maintenance periods may occur with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Updates to Terms

Crystal Coworks may modify these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or emailed to members. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
